Job Description:

Position: Medical Advisor
Purpose: The Medical Advisor will lead the medical strategy for Toripalimab across multiple markets, providing scientific and clinical expertise, driving medical initiatives, and fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This role involves evaluating new assets, conducting advisory boards, and supporting product evaluation and regulatory strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead medical affairs for Toripalimab in 21 markets, providing scientific and technical support across launch markets.
  • Develop and implement global medical strategy for Toripalimab across all indications.
  • Conduct advisory boards, KOL interactions, and provide insights for product strategy.
  • Support new product evaluations identified by BD teams from a medical perspective.
  • Collaborate on the development of clinical and regulatory pathways, and contribute to post-marketing studies and RWE (Real-World Evidence) strategies.
  • Assist in medico-marketing activities, such as medical training and review of promotional materials.

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Education: MBBS with MD in Pharmacology or Medicine, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in medico-marketing or oncology/haematology-related functions, preferably with exposure to NCE/NBE products.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of oncology therapies and cancer trials.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience in conducting advisory boards and KOL meetings.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation skills.
