Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Advisor to support the scientific foundation for the Therapeutic Area (TA) medical strategy, manage medical activities, and engage key thought leaders. This position involves contributing to the Medical Affairs strategic plan, driving scientific communication, and ensuring the execution of the medical affairs plan for the assigned TA and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Scientific Leadership: Serve as a core scientific member of the cross-functional franchise team, providing the scientific foundation for the TA medical strategy.
Medical Activities: Conceptualize and manage medical activities aligned with the TA strategy, including research, publications, education, and patient support programs.
Engagement with Thought Leaders: Facilitate collaboration with key thought leaders and provide scientific insights aligned with the strategic plan.
Execution of Medical Plan: Ensure optimal execution of the medical affairs plan, encompassing education, product knowledge, and special projects.
Sales & Marketing Support: Act as a scientific expert, providing training on medical developments and discussing scientific data with specialists.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: MBBS with MD in Pharmacology/Medicine, or a full-time post-graduate qualification in any discipline of medicine.
Experience: 2-4 years in the pharmaceutical industry or research company as a Medical Advisor.
Skills:
- Knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, medical writing, and ICH-GCP.
- Understanding of Indian healthcare regulations (MCI, UCPMP, Drugs and Cosmetics Act).
- Strong strategic thinking, scientific acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Behavioral Skills:
