Job Overview

Lupin is seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen its pharmaceutical sales operations in Delhi, UP. This role is ideal for early-career pharma professionals looking to build a strong foundation in prescription generation, territory management, and customer engagement within the Indian pharmaceutical market.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, enhancing brand visibility, and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    • B. Pharma or B.Sc. (Preferred)

    • D. Pharma (with minimum 1 year of experience)

    • Non-Science Graduates with relevant pharma sales experience may be considered

  • Experience Required:

    • 06 months to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representative, or field marketing roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to assigned customers including doctors, chemists, and stockists as per company-defined call frequency.

  • Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly and annual sales targets (primary and secondary) in terms of value and volume.

  • Enhance territory profitability by maintaining and growing brand market share.

  • Implement customer engagement initiatives aligned with corporate marketing strategies.

  • Ensure effective product distribution within the assigned territory.

  • Monitor and control field-related expenses such as breakage and expiry losses.

  • Provide actionable market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional trends.

  • Prepare monthly and annual strategic distribution plans to meet territory business objectives.

  • Develop stockist/distributor orders as per the business plan and ensure timely supply.

  • Ensure collection of payments and outstanding dues from stockists/distributors in accordance with company policy.
