Purpose of the Role:

The main purpose of the Manager - Strategic Projects position is to support the Chief Technical Operations Officer (CTOO) in developing newly established areas, designing relevant management processes, and creating high-quality content (presentations, infographics, reports, etc.). This role involves close collaboration with the Cx suite, CTOO Management Team, and other key stakeholders within Lupin and beyond. The individual will act as the 'wingman' of the CTOO, playing a central role in supporting strategic projects and internal processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meeting Support:

    • Prepare agendas and minutes for CTOO Management Team meetings and support other meetings such as Operating Reviews and Strategic Reviews.
  2. Internal Process Coordination:

    • Coordinate CTOO internal processes in collaboration with central functions such as CTOO strategy process, operating reviews, and strategic reviews.
  3. Process Implementation:

    • Act as the center point for creating and implementing the 'our way of working' approach in the CTOO, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
  4. Project Management:

    • Lead and manage special project assignments, ensuring effective project management and follow-through on deliverables.
  5. Presentation Creation:

    • Create high-quality presentations for various forums and meetings (e.g., Cx suite, Lupin Board Meetings, VIP visits) that align with the CTOO’s objectives. This includes evaluating and verifying technical and financial data to build storylines.
  6. Annual Strategy Coordination:

    • Coordinate CTOO's contribution to the annual Lupin strategy process, collecting input from key stakeholders across the organization.
  7. Calendar and Travel Support:

    • Manage the CTOO's calendar, travel planning, and email coordination in collaboration with the Cx Office Secretary.
  8. Analysis and Insights:

    • Conduct analyses to generate actionable insights on key priorities and issues, helping to inform decision-making and strategic direction.

Approach and Work Style:

  • Proactivity:
    The role requires a proactive approach to initiate processes on time, especially in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines. This demands strong networking within the CTOO organization and across Lupin.

  • Workload Management:
    Due to uneven workloads, the role involves balancing urgent tasks with mid-term priorities, requiring exceptional organizational skills.

  • Close Collaboration:
    Close cooperation with the Office Secretary to the Cx suite is essential to stay on top of the 'business calendar,' which drives the need for special content and support.


Profile Summary:

  • Academic Background:
    Preferably in technical or financial fields (e.g., B.E., ICWA, CA, MBA).

  • Experience:
    5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Executive Assistant (EA) to Cx.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
    • High energy, drive, and the ability to take initiative in undefined tasks.
    • Excellent networking and collaboration capabilities.
    • Structured, process-oriented work style focused on goal completion.
    • High accuracy and attention to detail in document preparation.
    • Flexibility in working hours and availability, with a focus on delivering results.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
    • Passion for driving organizational development and continuous learning.
