Job Summary:
Join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Baddi as Manager – Production for the Thyronorm product line. With 17 years of industry experience, you will lead production planning, equipment selection, team hiring, and QMS implementation. This role demands strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and hands-on experience in managing pharma production operations. A critical leadership role in driving efficiency and compliance in high-quality drug manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive selection, procurement, and qualification of manufacturing equipment as per containment strategy
Lead technical discussions with vendors during equipment finalization
Coordinate installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment
Execute internalization and validation batches for Thyronorm
Lead the preparation of SOPs and other QMS documents for new manufacturing lines
Ensure full implementation of QMS in compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
Hire and train operators and supervisors in coordination with HR
Plan and achieve targeted production output
Lead, train, and develop the production team
Prepare short-term production plans aligned with quality and delivery targets
Review and approve SOPs, master documents, and batch records
Ensure strict control of environmental conditions in production areas
Manage internal and external coordination for operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Pharm with 17 years of pharma manufacturing experience
In-depth knowledge of cGMP, international regulatory guidelines, and QMS
Experience in handling containment equipment and high-volume production
Strong leadership, team management, and training abilities
Proficiency in SOP creation, validation, and batch documentation
Exposure to quality audits and compliance frameworks
