This job description is for a Sr. Manager - Product position at Lupin, specifically for the Mindvision division, located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The role requires candidates with 6 to 9 years of experience in brand management, preferably with qualifications in B.Pharma and an MBA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Building & Market Share Growth:

    • Develop strategies for increasing market share through brand planning, market penetration, and competitive analysis.
  2. SWOT Analysis:

    • Perform SWOT analysis for product lines to guide the sales team in identifying growth opportunities.
  3. Promotion Creation:

    • Develop various promotional materials like VA (Visual Aids), LBL (Leave Behind Literature), newsletters, flipcharts, and digital campaigns.
  4. Scientific Events & Brand Visibility:

    • Organize scientific meetings, symposia, CME (Continuing Medical Education), conferences, and enhance brand visibility among target audiences, healthcare professionals, and hospitals.
  5. Sales Team Motivation & Training:

    • Organize training, recognition programs, and team-building activities to motivate the sales force.
  6. Product Strategy & Forecasting:

    • Lead product forecasting, develop strategies for new product pipelines, and handle the pre-launch and post-launch strategies.
  7. Field Team Training & Direction:

    • Ensure field sales teams are equipped with scientific knowledge and communication skills through targeted training.

Qualifications:

  • B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
  • MBA (Master of Business Administration)

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in pharmaceutical brand management, with a strategic focus on growth, market penetration, and effective communication.
