Now Hiring: Full-Time LPN (Evening Shift, 3pm - 11pm)

What You'll Do:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure care plans are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and other medical information.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

What You’ll Bring:

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who have:

  • A valid state license (LPN).
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • An interest in working with the elderly and chronically ill.
  • Strong clinical skills, including the administration of medications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
