Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Local Case Intake Advisor to join the Patient Safety team. The role involves end-to-end intake and processing of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for both clinical and post-marketed products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely intake, documentation, and triaging of ICSRs from multiple sources.

  • Ensure accurate processing of safety information in line with company SOPs and global regulatory guidelines.

  • Liaise with health authorities and internal stakeholders for safety case submissions.

  • Support pharmacovigilance documentation, training initiatives, and audit readiness.

  • Ensure alignment with risk management and compliance frameworks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safety-related activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance case intake and processing.

  • Strong understanding of PV processes, ICSR lifecycle, and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience in both clinical trial and post-marketing case processing is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days from office in Bangalore).

  • Only immediate joiners will be considered.
