Role Overview

The Clinical Operations (ClinOps) professional is responsible for overseeing end-to-end clinical trial activities across Phase I–IV studies. The role ensures trial integrity, patient safety, high-quality data, and regulatory compliance throughout the clinical research process.


Key Responsibilities

1. Trial Management

  • Design, plan, and manage Phase I–IV clinical trials.

  • Coordinate trial timelines, deliverables, and operational activities.

  • Oversee site selection, trial initiation, monitoring, and closure.

2. Patient Safety

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of trial participants.

  • Monitor, track, and report adverse events (AEs/SAEs).

  • Support informed consent processes and ensure ethical conduct of trials.

3. Regulatory Compliance

  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to meet all regulatory, ethical, and GCP requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to local and global clinical research guidelines.

  • Support documentation preparation for inspections and audits.

4. Data Quality

  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry, and verification.

  • Maintain high data quality to support reliable and valid trial outcomes.

  • Coordinate with data management and study teams to resolve discrepancies.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences domain and clinical research functions.

  • Engineering graduate (Bachelor of Engineering) with relevant clinical operations expertise.

  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams within clinical trial environments.
