Job Summary: We are seeking a Manager / Lead Associate, Commercial Contracts to support our North America's Rx, SRx, and OTC business teams in contract negotiations, product launches, and business maintenance. The role involves managing contracts for assigned customer accounts and ensuring smooth operations for contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, redline, and manage agreements, amendments, and proposals in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit RFPs promptly, ensuring no delays in pricing or contract setup.
  • Advise commercial processing teams on chargeback inquiries, rebate questions, and contracting matters.
  • Participate in customer calls and facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring timely review and signing.
  • Support initiatives such as product launches, price adjustments, and other customer communications.
  • Draft language for new scenarios for legal review as required.
  • Review and report on contract terms and customer bids.
  • Manage trade show contracts and review customer account terms.
  • Follow business processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage the work of assigned direct reportees.
  • Work on various assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Work Experience: 3-6 years of experience in commercial contracts, with a focus on the U.S. Generics pharmaceutical industry.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with cross-functional relationships and business initiatives.
  • Additional Requirement: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
