Role Overview

As a Lab Data Analyst, you will provide clinical lab data expertise to support Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks for global studies. You will work closely with internal and external teams, ensuring data integrity, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of reports.

Key Responsibilities

🔍 Data Management & Analysis

  • Conduct SAS programming for ongoing studies and ad hoc projects.
  • Review and create data management documents.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH, ISO HL7, GLP).
  • Perform quality control and validation of laboratory reports.

📊 Project & Communication

  • Act as Local/External Lab Lead for global studies.
  • Serve as a key contact for customers, CRAs, and site monitors.
  • Address customer queries and manage communications.
  • Support project timelines, workload projections, and issue escalation.

💡 Process & System Optimization

  • Assist in developing new systems/processes for electronic data transfers.
  • Identify process improvements to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Computer Science (with Software Configuration and Validation experience).

💻 Technical Expertise:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Data Management & SAS Programming.
  • Experience in clinical laboratories is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and regulatory frameworks (FDA, ICH, GLP).

🛠 Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving & project management capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
