Job Description:
IQVIA is hiring a Lab Cent Project Coordinator 1 to support centralized clinical trial monitoring activities. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals aiming to gain hands-on experience in lab coordination, documentation, and site data management within the clinical research domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform centralized monitoring for assigned studies with minimal supervision.

  • Complete all assigned role-specific training modules, including e-SOP acknowledgments and instructor-led sessions, on time.

  • Regularly update active site databases with current site details.

  • Facilitate Infosario Portal access provisioning for participating sites.

  • Ensure timely preparation of documentation required for lab kit shipments, such as KCC (Kit Contents Chart), Packing Lists, and Import Permits.

  • Monitor and coordinate the timely release of patient laboratory reports by liaising with internal teams.

  • Maintain proper documentation for all monitoring activities to ensure real-time audit readiness.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support departmental activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

  • Experience: 0–1 year (freshers are welcome to apply).

  • Basic knowledge of operational systems and clinical procedures.

  • Strong ability to multi-task, think critically, and solve problems.

  • Excellent command of English communication (verbal and written).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managers.
