Job Title: Junior Regulatory Specialist
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $26-$29/hr
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Friday)
Type: Contract Position

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Regulatory Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for regulatory affairs and a background in the food and beverage industry. The successful candidate will work under supervision to ensure that product information and technical documentation meet regulatory requirements and customer needs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver product information and technical documentation in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and customer needs, under guidance.
  • Utilize company systems to complete tasks and manage data efficiently.
  • Provide consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation to support global commercial, creation, and research initiatives.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Support and interact with commercial teams to provide regulatory assistance as directed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a scientific discipline like chemistry, food science, biology, etc.)
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and drives results.
  • Exhibits decision quality and nimble learning abilities.
  • Focuses on customer needs and collaborates effectively with others.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other PC applications.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and basic problem-solving abilities.
