Key Responsibilities

Process Operations

  • Perform day-to-day operational activities as per defined process guidelines.

  • Review, verify, and process assigned records with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and process requirements.

  • Maintain productivity and accuracy targets as defined by the organization.

Data Management

  • Enter, validate, and update information in internal systems and databases.

  • Conduct data verification and quality checks to ensure data integrity.

  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Quality & Compliance

  • Follow established quality control procedures and operational guidelines.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Adhere to organizational compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.

  • Communicate effectively regarding process updates and challenges.

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

  • Support process improvement and efficiency enhancement initiatives.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated with process changes and organizational requirements.

  • Participate in training programs and skill development activities.

  • Demonstrate willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes.

Required Qualifications

Education

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

  • B.Pharm

  • M.Pharm

  • B.Sc (Life Sciences)

  • M.Sc (Life Sciences)

  • Biotechnology

  • Microbiology

  • Nursing

  • Allied Health Sciences

  • Any Graduate

Experience
