Key Responsibilities
Process Operations
Perform day-to-day operational activities as per defined process guidelines.
Review, verify, and process assigned records with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and process requirements.
Maintain productivity and accuracy targets as defined by the organization.
Data Management
Enter, validate, and update information in internal systems and databases.
Conduct data verification and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Quality & Compliance
Follow established quality control procedures and operational guidelines.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Adhere to organizational compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Communicate effectively regarding process updates and challenges.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Support process improvement and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
Continuous Learning
