Job Description: MICC Professional

We are currently seeking experienced MICC professionals to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on managing case intake and follow-up inquiries, and supporting document development within the Medical Information Contact Centre (MICC).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Case Management:

    • Intake and Registration: Handle calls and emails (AE, PQC, MI & GI), including case intake, duplicate checking, and registration.
    • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up inquiries via phone and email, with translation services provided if necessary.
  • Document Support:

    • Development: Assist in the creation and management of all required documents for MICC operations.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience:

    • Duration: 1-3 years in an MICC role.
  • Educational Background:

    • Degree: Graduate or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, dentistry, allied health sciences, or related fields.
  • Skills:

    • Communication: Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and coordination.
