Job Summary

ICON is hiring a Sr. Pricing Associate to support clinical trial budget creation and proposal development for Global Development Operations. This remote, US-based role involves working cross-functionally with clinical, finance, and legal teams to generate pricing proposals, fair market value guidelines, and maintain pricing tools and databases. Ideal for professionals experienced in financial support or clinical contract administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop pricing proposals for clinical study budgets and consulting agreements

  • Support Finance with study-level budget estimates using internal pricing tools

  • Create and maintain fair market value negotiation guidelines

  • Manage pricing databases and templates

  • Liaise with Clinical Teams, Finance, and Law for information gathering

  • Review protocols and scope of work to formulate pricing strategies

  • Build and document base budgets using industry tools and systems (e.g., eClinical)

  • Support negotiation processes by preparing pricing documentation

  • Participate in cross-functional and departmental special projects


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Minimum 1 year experience in financial support or contract administration

  • Experience creating clinical trial site-level budgets

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Familiarity with clinical study protocols, pricing tools, and budget systems

  • Preferred: 3 years of relevant experience in contract or finance roles
