Your Role:

As a Junior Drug Safety Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing case status reports as they are received.
  • Collaborating with different workflow leads to monitor and prioritize cases to completion.
  • Tracking productivity and identifying priority cases on an hourly basis.
  • Running SQL queries and updating the productivity dashboard.
  • Monitoring case health and predicting potential highlights.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify key information.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
