About the Team

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal resource organization based in India, established to centralize processes and activities that support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, Data & Digital functions.
SBO partners strategically and functionally with global Medical, Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial teams to deliver tactical solutions that maximize value across Sanofi’s portfolio.


Main Responsibilities

Core Purpose

Support the execution of Evidence Synthesis projects (e.g., screening, data extraction, full-text retrieval) to generate robust evidence that maximizes value propositions for Sanofi products in global and local markets.


Key Responsibilities

People

  • Support internal Sanofi Global Hub teams in effective delivery of evidence generation projects.

Performance

  • Assist in execution of Evidence Synthesis projects including search strategy development, screening, and data extraction.

  • Contribute to research plans for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence generation.

  • Support studies such as burden of illness, epidemiology, literature reviews, meta-analyses, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcome assessments.

  • Provide support to HEVA/Medical product leads in executing approved studies and managing ongoing projects.

Process

  • Assist in development of HEVA/Medical strategic evidence materials.

  • Support creation of core processes, templates, and evidence-generation products aligned with global standards (e.g., CVD, US AMCP dossier).

  • Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines and internal quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

  • Support team interactions with HEVA, Medical, RWE, Clinical, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams globally and locally.

  • Assist in preparing customized deliverables tailored to stakeholder needs.


About You

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO/consultancy, or academia.

Education

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline, or a Medical degree.

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical ability to translate clinical and economic data into payer evidence strategies.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and writing skills.

  • Stakeholder management and external engagement capabilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Languages

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
