About the Team

Sanofi Business Operations (SBO), based in India, is a centralized resource hub supporting Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, R&D, and Data & Digital functions.
SBO partners with global Sanofi teams to deliver tactical and strategic support for Medical, Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial organizations.


Main Responsibilities

1. Evidence Synthesis & Research Support

  • Contribute to assigned Evidence Synthesis projects (e.g., screening, data extraction, full-text downloading).

  • Support search strategy development, literature reviews, meta-analysis, epidemiology studies, and economic evaluations.

  • Assist in burden of illness studies, observational research, and patient-reported outcomes analysis.

  • Provide operational support for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence generation activities.

  • Support execution and management of HEVA/Medical research studies demonstrating clinical, economic, and humanistic value of products.

2. Process & Documentation

  • Assist in developing HEVA/Medical evidence materials, processes, templates, and tools.

  • Ensure alignment with scientific and value communication strategies (CVD, AMCP dossier, regional/global submissions).

  • Maintain compliance with evidence generation guidelines and quality standards.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with HEVA, Medical, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and External Affairs teams.

  • Support preparation of customized evidence deliverables for global and local stakeholders.

4. People & Performance

  • Partner with Sanofi Global Hub colleagues to deliver evidence generation projects effectively.

  • Contribute to developing therapeutic area expertise.

  • Demonstrate proactive collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.


About You

Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, consultancy, or academia.

Education:

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, related discipline, or a Medical degree.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Ability to translate clinical and economic data into payer-focused evidence strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and writing skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
