Job Purpose: The Associate Technical Support Analyst provides excellent customer service by resolving technical incidents and requests raised by end users of the business systems.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Problem Management: Investigate issues in systems, processes, and services. Assist in implementing remedies and preventative measures.
  • Incident Management: Follow procedures to register, categorize, and resolve incidents. Gather information, allocate incidents, and maintain records.
  • Customer Service Support: Serve as the first point of contact for support requests, providing information and diagnosing issues. Contribute to developing standards and documentation, and ensure quality metrics are met.
  • Relationship Management: Engage with stakeholders, address issues, and collect feedback to measure and improve customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Other Duties: Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to implement process improvements
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including unsociable hours when required
  • Fluent in English

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Experience using tools for stakeholder communication
  • Background in customer service
  • Awareness of current trends and tools in the Life Sciences domain
