Transition Management – Senior Associate - India - Hyderabad
Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients by becoming part of the Transition Management Office in India. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to track, organize, and monitor site activation activities, ensuring successful implementation of transition plans. This vital role supports the development and execution of transition plans, addresses related challenges, and provides regular status updates to the team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of transition plans and site activation activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement transition management tasks.
  • Capturing success metrics and tracking progress.
  • Monitoring transition activities and providing status updates.
  • Identifying risks and helping develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring project schedules and resources are on track.
  • Addressing transition-related issues and managing day-to-day challenges.
  • Gathering data for transition reviews and identifying improvement areas.
  • Supporting documentation efforts and tracking progress on creating DTPs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of project or program management experience OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of project or program management experience OR
  • Diploma with 7 to 9 years of project or program management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in project management principles and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with multi-site project models and client communication
  • Experience in U.S. to India corporate knowledge transfer
  • Familiarity with SAFE Methodology and project management tools (MS Project Planner, Jira, Confluence)
  • Strong time management, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills are a plus.
