Transition Management – Senior Associate - India - Hyderabad
Join Amgen’s Mission of Serving Patients and become a key part of the Transition Management Office in India. As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in tracking, organizing, and monitoring the site activation process to ensure smooth transitions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll help develop and implement transition plans, address related challenges, and provide updates to the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of transition plans and site activation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transition management tasks.
  • Work with the team to capture success metrics, track progress, and analyze results.
  • Monitor the transition activities and provide regular status updates.
  • Identify potential risks and contribute to the creation of mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that project schedules and resource allocations stay on track.
  • Resolve transition-related issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Gather insights and data for transition reviews and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Support documentation efforts and track progress on creating DTPs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of project or program management experience OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of project or program management experience OR
  • Diploma with 7 to 9 years of project or program management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in project management principles and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in multi-site project models and client communication.
  • Familiarity with U.S. to India corporate knowledge transfer.
  • Understanding of SAFE Methodology and exposure to project management tools (MS Project Planner, Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills are a plus.
