Manager, Pharmacovigilance – ICON plc

This role focuses on overseeing pharmacovigilance activities to ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency while fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior contributor supporting PV team growth.
  • Create budgets and proposals for standalone PV projects.
  • Conduct QPPV responsibilities, literature reviews, and provide local PV support.
  • Develop and implement PV processes and policies for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and QA teams for comprehensive safety monitoring.
  • Provide training and guidance on PV regulations and procedures.
  • Analyze safety data trends, prepare risk assessments, and report findings.
  • Ensure all PV activities meet global regulatory and quality standards.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, proposal creation, and literature review.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
