Position Summary

This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to public health by delivering scientific and medical expertise. The Area Medical Advisor will support healthcare professionals with accurate medical information, drive scientific engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving health outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and external experts.

  • Deliver scientific presentations at medical education programs, workshops, and conferences.

  • Support the design and execution of medical strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Stay updated with the latest scientific research and ensure accurate, compliant communication.

  • Provide medical input for research feasibility assessments and local field studies.

  • Contribute to pharmacovigilance activities to ensure patient safety.


Qualifications & Skills

Basic Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.

  • 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, vaccines, or biologicals industry.

  • Strong communication skills in English and local language.

  • Proven ability to present scientific topics in professional settings.

  • Sound understanding of scientific methods and experimental design.

Preferred Requirements

  • Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Pharmacology, or related disciplines.

  • Research experience in immunology, epidemiology, or infectious diseases.

  • Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and relevant industry codes.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with HCPs and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
