  • Identify cost benchmarking opportunities and supplier consolidation initiatives

  • Support pharma greenfield and brownfield project procurement activities

  • Manage OEM spares, imports, and indigenous spares development for cost efficiency

  • Leverage e-auctions, automation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve procurement effectiveness

Stakeholder and Risk Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies

  • Ensure uninterrupted supply to prevent revenue and operational impact

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on procurement experience, preferably across indirect procurement, Capex, or manufacturing environments

  • Prior experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare manufacturing is strongly preferred

  • Exposure to pharma indirect supplier ecosystems, contract negotiations, and cost benchmarking

  • Experience working in matrix organizations with global and regional stakeholders

  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage spend, suppliers, and performance metrics effectively

  • Experience with procurement systems, sourcing tools, and e-auctions

Why Join GSK
