Job Summary:

Medpace’s Imaging Services Department is expanding rapidly and seeks a motivated Imaging Project Coordinator to support imaging study operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage scientific or engineering expertise while developing professional project management skills within clinical research.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Compile and maintain project-specific reports, timelines, and tracking documents for imaging studies.

  • Ensure all imaging study deliverables are met in compliance with timelines and quality standards.

Operational Support

  • Maintain inventory of imaging supplies for study sites.

  • Interact with clinical study sites and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD in Biomedical Engineering preferred

Experience

Prior research-related experience preferred

Skills

Excellent computer literacy, organizational ability, and communication skills


Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Target Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (based on skills and experience)
