Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct or support Noncompartmental Analysis (NCA) for Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Toxicokinetic (TK) studies.

  • Read and interpret study protocols, amendments, schedules, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain study documentation with accuracy and timely completion.

  • Support study finalization and archival activities while maintaining study schedules.

  • Perform study archival activities according to established procedures.

  • Prepare and edit technical documents to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Review tables and figures prepared by team members.

  • Assist in preparing study-related reports, tables, and figures.

  • Learn and use pharmacokinetic data collection and reporting systems effectively.

  • Coordinate study schedules with Study Directors, Principal Investigators, and laboratory teams.

  • Support additional study coordination tasks as assigned.


Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field (or equivalent qualification).

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, scientific, or CRO industry.

  • Knowledge of Pharmacokinetics (PK) and Toxicokinetics (TK) is preferred.

  • Experience with Phoenix WinNonlin is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Pharmacokinetic (PK) and Toxicokinetic (TK) knowledge.

  • Noncompartmental Analysis (NCA).

  • Phoenix WinNonlin.

  • Documentation and technical writing.

  • Study coordination and scheduling.

  • Regulatory compliance and SOP understanding.

  • Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Time management and teamwork.


One-Line Experience

Candidates with 1+ year of experience in Pharmacokinetics (PK), Toxicokinetics (TK), study coordination, or CRO/pharmaceutical research environments are preferred.


Estimated Salary Package (Market Standard)

  • Expected CTC: ₹4.5 – ₹7.5 LPA

  • Freshers (Exceptional Profile): Around ₹4 – ₹5 LPA

  • Experienced (1–2 Years): Around ₹5.5 – ₹7.5 LPA
