HIV Community Medical Liaison – NYC (Remote Field-Based)

Job Summary:
Join a mission-driven pharmaceutical company focused 100% on HIV care as a HIV Community Medical Liaison. Based in New York City, this remote field-based role offers a unique opportunity to make a real-world impact on HIV prevention and treatment. You will partner with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and community-based organizations (CBOs) to deliver disease education, product awareness, and patient support aligned with HIV medical strategy. If you are a PharmD, NP, PA, or RPh with clinical HIV experience, this role is your chance to contribute meaningfully toward ending the HIV epidemic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate CBO professionals and HCPs on HIV disease state, prevention, and product-specific programs

  • Deliver injection training for clinical sites pre- and post-product launch

  • Collect and share health professional insights (mVOC) on HIV care gaps and patient needs

  • Respond to unsolicited medical requests in a compliant, evidence-based manner

  • Support Patient Affairs and Community engagement activities

  • Attend medical conferences and advisory boards to maintain up-to-date HIV knowledge

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, and research teams

  • Train internal stakeholders such as sales reps on HIV therapies and care pathways


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • PharmD, PA, NP, or RPh

  • Clinical experience in HIV/AIDS patient management

  • Experience in settings with direct or indirect patient care decision-making

  • Excellent communication, listening, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)

  • 2+ years of clinical treatment experience

  • Prior experience delivering injection training

  • Background in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
