Job Overview

Core Clinical Services is hiring B.Pharm freshers who are keen to build a long-term career in US healthcare documentation, medical records review, and clinical summarization for legal and insurance domains. This role offers structured training and hands-on exposure to US medical records, making it an excellent entry point into global healthcare services.

Pune, Maharashtra, India
Work From Office only (No Remote / WFH)
Candidates must be Pune-based or willing to attend in-person interviews immediately.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • 2024 or 2025 pass-outs only

  • Immediate joiners preferred

Role Overview

As a Healthcare Summarizer / Medical Records Review Executive, you will analyze US patient medical records and prepare accurate, well-structured medical summaries used in litigation support, insurance claims, and clinical reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze US medical records across multiple specialties

  • Identify and extract critical clinical information such as diagnoses, injuries, treatments, procedures, and outcomes

  • Prepare structured medical summaries and chronologies as per client-defined formats

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy, objectivity, and compliance with PHI and HIPAA guidelines

  • Adhere to quality benchmarks, turnaround timelines, and documentation standards

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong foundation in medical terminology

  • Excellent English reading and writing skills

  • High attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Willingness to learn US healthcare documentation standards

  • Proficiency in MS Word and document-based workflows

  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Experience Requirement

  • Freshers are eligible

  • Prior exposure to medical documentation or healthcare processes will be an added advantage but is not mandatory

Additional Information

  • Mandatory 1-year service commitment

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
