Job Summary
Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate to support Life Sciences Regulatory and Membership Operations. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates looking to begin a career in healthcare operations, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance support, or life sciences operations.
The role focuses on managing membership-related processes, supporting regulatory documentation, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the membership lifecycle, including application processing, renewals, updates, and cancellations
Maintain accurate and compliant member records within internal systems
Coordinate documentation and resources required for global regulatory submissions
Process and manage electronic submissions such as original filings and life cycle management submissions (CMC, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, and Ad-promos)
Support digital transformation initiatives across healthcare operations
Respond to internal and external queries related to membership and regulatory documentation
Ensure adherence to established guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively within a team under close supervision
Perform routine operational tasks using predefined processes and instructions
Adapt to rotational shifts as per business requirements
