Job Summary

Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate to support Life Sciences Regulatory and Membership Operations. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates looking to begin a career in healthcare operations, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance support, or life sciences operations.

The role focuses on managing membership-related processes, supporting regulatory documentation, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the membership lifecycle, including application processing, renewals, updates, and cancellations

  • Maintain accurate and compliant member records within internal systems

  • Coordinate documentation and resources required for global regulatory submissions

  • Process and manage electronic submissions such as original filings and life cycle management submissions (CMC, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, and Ad-promos)

  • Support digital transformation initiatives across healthcare operations

  • Respond to internal and external queries related to membership and regulatory documentation

  • Ensure adherence to established guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory standards

  • Work collaboratively within a team under close supervision

  • Perform routine operational tasks using predefined processes and instructions

  • Adapt to rotational shifts as per business requirements

  • Basic understanding or interest in life sciences, healthcare operations, or regulatory processes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
