Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate to support global healthcare and life sciences regulatory operations. The role focuses on supporting end-to-end healthcare operational processes, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and efficient membership lifecycle management while contributing to digital transformation initiatives across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Health Operations New Associate, you will work closely with your team to support routine operational and regulatory tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and support membership operations including applications, renewals, cancellations, and record maintenance

  • Maintain accurate member data to ensure compliance and service quality

  • Respond to member inquiries and support engagement activities to improve satisfaction and retention

  • Coordinate essential documentation and resources for global regulatory application filings

  • Process electronic regulatory submissions including original filings and lifecycle management activities

  • Support submissions related to CMC, advertising and promotional materials, amendments, annual reports, and SPL submissions

  • Follow established guidelines and standard operating procedures for all assigned tasks

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals

Experience & Qualifications

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, life sciences, regulatory support, or related domains

  • Freshers with strong interest in healthcare operations and regulatory processes may also be considered

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment

  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail

  • Capability to perform under pressure and manage deadlines

  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations or regulatory workflows is an advantage
