Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate to support global healthcare and life sciences regulatory operations. The role focuses on supporting end-to-end healthcare operational processes, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and efficient membership lifecycle management while contributing to digital transformation initiatives across healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
As a Health Operations New Associate, you will work closely with your team to support routine operational and regulatory tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Manage and support membership operations including applications, renewals, cancellations, and record maintenance
Maintain accurate member data to ensure compliance and service quality
Respond to member inquiries and support engagement activities to improve satisfaction and retention
Coordinate essential documentation and resources for global regulatory application filings
Process electronic regulatory submissions including original filings and lifecycle management activities
Support submissions related to CMC, advertising and promotional materials, amendments, annual reports, and SPL submissions
Follow established guidelines and standard operating procedures for all assigned tasks
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals
Experience & Qualifications
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution
0 to 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, life sciences, regulatory support, or related domains
Freshers with strong interest in healthcare operations and regulatory processes may also be considered
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
Capability to perform under pressure and manage deadlines
Basic understanding of healthcare operations or regulatory workflows is an advantage
Role Characteristics
