Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate to support healthcare and life sciences operational processes, with a focus on membership management and regulatory operations. This entry-level role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in healthcare operations, documentation management, and regulatory process support. The position plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations, accurate record management, and high service quality.
Support healthcare operations and membership management activities
Process membership applications, renewals, cancellations, and updates in line with defined procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and operational documentation
Respond to member inquiries and support engagement activities to enhance satisfaction and retention
Coordinate essential documentation and resources for global regulatory applications
Assist with electronic submissions, including original filings and lifecycle management submissions such as CMC, amendments, annual reports, SPL, and promotional materials
Follow established SOPs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets
Support operations that may require working in rotational shifts
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced operations setup
Ability to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines
0–2 years of experience in healthcare operations, life sciences operations, membership services, or related roles
Any Graduate qualification is acceptable
