We are accelerating the race to discover and develop breakthrough medicines for patients worldwide. As the Head of Immunology Clinical Development, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in shaping clinical strategy and execution across the Immunology Therapeutic Area (TA).

🎯 Main Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Team Management

Lead and oversee the clinical development organization within Immunology TA (over 50 physicians and scientists).
Mentor, coach, and support clinical development teams across multiple indications and assets.
Ensure optimal resource allocation based on Therapeutic Area priorities.

2. Scientific & Clinical Excellence

Serve as the senior clinical development expert within the TA.
Provide subject matter expertise on:
- Clinical Development Plans
- Study Protocols
- Primary Data Readouts
- Clinical Study Reports
- Primary Publications

3. Strategic Collaboration

Partner with Immunology TA functional heads (Statistics, Safety, Regulatory, Translational Medicine, and Research) to drive clinical excellence.
Support the design and implementation of clinical development strategies aligned with global organizational goals.
Ensure alignment and prioritization across multiple product assets and indications.

4. Leadership Team Contribution

Serve as a core member of the Therapeutic Area Leadership Team, contributing to overall portfolio management, strategy, and optimization.

👤 About You

🎓 Education

Required: MD or MD/PhD
Preferred Specialization: Immunology-related disciplines (e.g., Pulmonology, Allergy/Immunology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology)

💼 Experience

10+ years of clinical development experience (preferably in immune-mediated diseases)
Proven experience in developing therapies across multiple immune-related indications
Strong understanding of clinical phases (I–IV) and regulatory submissions
Demonstrated success in managing large teams
Experience with global regulatory interactions preferred
