    Job Title: Global Specialist, Solutions Delivery – Development Centers Solutions

    Job Summary:

    Sandoz is seeking a Global Specialist in Solutions Delivery to manage service delivery for Global Development Pipeline and Portfolio (GDPP) within the Sandoz Development Center Solutions (SDCS) domain. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery and operations across all geographies, collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to support Lab applications such as CDS, LIMS, ELN, and local QC applications connected to instruments like HPLC, UPLC, and Balances.

    The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of pharmaceutical development processes, expertise in lab applications, and experience in IT service delivery within a regulated environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technology Delivery & Service Management:

    • Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes.
    • Support service delivery and operations for Lab applications (CDS, LIMS, ELN, and local QC applications).
    • Implement and review operating models, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies for lab applications.
    • Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze demand and change requests while evaluating solutions and estimating funding needs.
    • Ensure compliance, security, and quality delivery of technology solutions while staying within budget and timelines.

    Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Analytical, Formulation, and Bio Technical Development teams to ensure lab solutions meet business needs.
    • Partner with vendors to stay updated on technology upgrades, system changes, and industry advancements.
    • Ensure seamless integration of lab applications with instruments like HPLC, UPLC, and Balances.

    Compliance & Best Practices:

    • Ensure all solutions adhere to GxP compliance and 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory requirements.
    • Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness in service delivery.
    • Maintain a focus on user experience when designing and deploying solutions.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Education & Industry Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharmaceutical development.
    • Expert understanding of technology and methodologies applied in Development Labs.
    • Strong functional experience in pharmaceutical development combined with expertise in digital & IT solutions.
    • Proficiency in CDS (Empower/Chromeleon) and Lab applications connected to instruments (HPLC, UPLC, Balances, etc.).
    • Exposure to LIMS and ELN systems and knowledge of validated environments (GxP) and regulatory requirements.

    Technical & Business Skills:

    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting experience in lab applications.
    • Knowledge of Agile product development and IT & business processes.
    • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
