About the Role

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Global Publication Project Manager to join its Global Medical Affairs team in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on managing global publication plans, publication budgets, and collaborating with medical affairs colleagues, medical writers, affiliate offices, and external healthcare professionals (HCPs). If you have experience in project management and publication development, and you're passionate about scientific communication, this is an exciting opportunity for you.


Responsibilities

  • Publication Plans Execution: Ensure the smooth execution of global publication plans.
  • Congress Publication Management: Oversee logistics and manage congress publications.
  • Tracking: Regularly track manuscripts and progress.
  • IEnvision Management: Manage and track IEnvision, ensuring all publication efforts are coordinated effectively.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • PhD, Master of Science, or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of project management experience.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience in publication management.

Global Medical Affairs (GMA GBS) at Novo Nordisk is a key part of the Global Medical Affairs unit based in Denmark and Zurich. The team in Bangalore works closely with headquarters, regions, and affiliates worldwide to communicate scientific and medical knowledge and manage medical events and publications within therapeutic areas like Rare Diseases.
