About the Job
The Global Process Lead (GPL) plays a crucial role in driving end-to-end process development and maintenance across the Medical & Events Service Tower, supporting all Global Business Units (GBUs) including Specialty Care, Vaccines, and General Medicines. This role focuses on standardization and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a cohesive working environment to prevent departmental silos and enhance employee engagement.
  • Establish key performance metrics to monitor process efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive optimization initiatives across regions and business units to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee processes related to Scientific Engagement & Communications and Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA).
  • Leverage expertise in compliance, ethics, and legal matters to support Sanofi’s goals and navigate the regulatory landscape.
  • Assess risks and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement a digital innovation strategy, including a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for GenAI-driven innovation and lead initiatives to harness these opportunities.
  • Design training programs to enhance digital literacy and facilitate transformation across the organization.
  • Monitor the execution of digital transformation priorities and adherence to internal controls.
  • Cascade standard principles to minimize risks, ensuring compliance and operational resilience.
  • Facilitate the standardization and transformation of processes, ensuring projects align with business optimization goals.
  • Track functional performance metrics and collaborate with various teams to accelerate adoption of digital initiatives.
  • Utilize technology, including AI, to enhance process design and monitoring, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Stay informed about global industry trends and regulations, incorporating them into business strategies.
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments to prevent silos and drive innovation.
  • Evaluate vendor performance to ensure service excellence and adherence to obligations.

About You

  • Experience: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, with relevant knowledge in Scientific Communication or HEOR.
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher; advanced lean six sigma certification is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, JIRA).
