Job Description

Sandoz is seeking a Global Medical Development Manager responsible for managing inquiries, providing medical and technical information, and assisting with adverse event reporting. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely scientific responses across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals, consumers, and internal teams regarding a wide range of products and therapeutic areas.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date scientific responses based on Global Guidance Documents (GGDs).
  • Research and summarize scientific literature when necessary, using critical judgment and expertise.
  • Prepare and disseminate official drug information for compendium entries (e.g., MIMs, BNF, eMC).
  • Maintain and create product-specific medical information documents in the MI database.
  • Collaborate with compliance and safety teams to document and report adverse drug reactions and product complaints.
  • Synthesize and communicate relevant insights from scientific interactions, particularly concerning brand issues or market trends.
  • Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios within 24 hours.
  • Distribute marketing samples (if applicable).
