Position Overview:
The Global Leader - MLR Services is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L accountability, reporting to the Senior Vice President. The role oversees Indegene’s Medical Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review services—also referred to as MRC, PRC, etc.—for promotional and scientific materials across major pharma clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage revenue and profitability for the MLR Services vertical.
Build and expand strategic relationships with senior leaders in pharma clients.
Drive growth by expanding current engagements and acquiring new clients.
Enhance and future-proof MLR capabilities through process innovation and technology.
Lead and grow a global, multicultural, and multi-geographic delivery team.
Monitor external market trends and integrate innovations into service delivery.
Partner with the internal tech innovation team to develop and implement scalable technological solutions and IP.
Build talent pipelines and launch training programs to elevate team capabilities.
Navigate and understand regulatory and compliance frameworks across different regions.
Contribute to market access and reimbursement strategies for select clients.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
20+ years in the life sciences industry, ideally with US and/or EU market exposure.
Experience in medical affairs, commercial operations, or MLR services strongly preferred.
At least 3 years of operational and P&L responsibility is a plus.
Proven ability to engage senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
Experience leading global and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with technology platforms, data management, and process automation.
Education:
Graduate degree in life sciences (MBA preferred but not required)
