Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Auditor to manage Quality Assurance projects for Life Sciences clients. The role focuses on ensuring audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of QA processes. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid) and international travel requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct GCP audits at client sites and prepare comprehensive audit reports.

  • Coordinate and oversee external auditors in collaboration with the QA Director.

  • Develop, review, and update SOPs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Supervise daily activities related to QA service delivery.

  • Monitor compliance KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver training on quality assurance and regulatory compliance topics.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a GCP Auditor or Consultant.

  • Degree in scientific disciplines.

  • Strong knowledge of GCP regulations and auditor qualifications.

  • Familiarity with the 2011 Legislative Decree on CROs.

  • Experience in international environments and willingness to travel.

  • Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) is a plus.
