Key Responsibilities
Develop drug formulations including transdermal, topical, and oral films.
Design and execute controlled experiments and trials.
Observe and analyze key parameters in trial batches and stability batches.
Document and report research findings and data.
Maintain Laboratory Notebooks, Protocols, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and Batch Production Records (BPR).
Perform calibration, verification, and validation of laboratory equipment.
Conduct scale-up, process optimization trials, and exhibit batch execution according to the product life cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm, Pharmaceutics).
Minimum 2 years of experience in formulation development for Transdermal Products.
Proven success in complex product development.
Basic knowledge of Reference Listed Drugs (RLDs) or Reference Standards.
Basic understanding of patents, IPR, trademarks, and copyrights.
Familiarity with ICH, USFDA, and EU guidelines for transdermal, topical patches, and oral dissolving films.
Knowledge of drug-excipient reactivity studies.
Basic understanding of Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE).
