Position Title: Float Phlebotomist

Location: 6485 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, OH 45459

Incentives:

Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program
Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, scheduled hours between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays

Job Responsibilities:

Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for various tests (e.g., drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests).
Accurately input patient information and data.
Process billing and collect payments when required.
Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites as needed.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program or prior phlebotomist experience required.
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Must be 21 years or older.
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Comfort working with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
