Role Overview
Sanofi is seeking an Expert Content Writer – Learning Design & Development to design and create scientifically accurate, engaging, and impactful learning content for diverse audiences. This role involves translating complex scientific data into clear, audience-appropriate learning materials, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with both business and therapeutic objectives.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in life sciences, pharmacy, or medical fields, and hands-on experience in content creation, instructional design, and stakeholder management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Design
Develop scientifically rigorous learning materials including eLearning modules, workshops, assessments, and training manuals
Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging content suitable for internal teams, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders
Ensure all content is aligned with scientific accuracy, therapeutic relevance, and instructional design principles
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, SMEs, and requestors to understand learning needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business and therapeutic objectives
Provide feedback and guidance to peers and junior team members
Performance and Optimization
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and learning outcomes
Continuously refine content to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention
Partner with vendor teams where necessary to ensure delivery of high-quality content
Process and Compliance
Manage end-to-end content development from concept to delivery
Apply adult learning theories, instructional design best practices, and use digital learning technologies effectively
Ensure compliance with internal standards and global learning policies
Required Qualifications and Experience
Experience: 6–9 years in content creation for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or academic sector
Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medical discipline
Strong expertise in scientific content, therapeutic areas, and medical writing
Proficiency in instructional design principles, learning management systems, authoring tools, and digital learning technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and independent working abilities

Analytical thinking and attention to detail in scientific content development
