Job Summary:
Medpace is looking for an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Clinical Research Associate team in Navi Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical or science-related healthcare fields. Whether you're a nurse, dietician, pharmacy technician, or research assistant, Medpace offers a comprehensive training program (PACE®) to help you excel in the CRA role and develop your career further.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites in compliance with approved protocols.
  • Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators, clinical research physicians, and other personnel.
  • Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, and facilities.
  • Ensure accurate data entry by verifying medical records and source documentation against case report forms.
  • Review and monitor adverse events, serious adverse events, concomitant medications, and illnesses.
  • Assess patient recruitment and retention success and suggest improvements.
  • Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters, documenting deviations, deficiencies, and compliance actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Willingness to travel 60-80% nationally.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
