Position Overview

Medpace, a globally recognized full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) specializing in Hematology and Oncology. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring activities for hematology/oncology clinical trials.

  • Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data.

  • Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, and cross-functional project teams.

  • Identify site issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure ongoing study quality.

  • Maintain detailed study documentation and reporting.


Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related health/science field.

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience (CRA monitoring, Study Coordinator, or equivalent clinical research position).

  • Background in hematology, oncology, or related oncology indications such as:

    • Solid Tumors

    • Breast, Ovarian, Prostate, Colorectal, Bladder, Lung, Kidney, Pancreatic Cancers

    • Small Cell Lung Cancer

    • Glioblastoma

    • Melanoma

    • Leukemia

    • Lymphoma

    • Mesothelioma

    • Graft vs Host Disease

  • Ability to travel nationwide as required.

  • Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
