Job Description:

As the Head of Alternate Channels at Lupin Life Sciences, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Lupin's presence through alternate channel partners. This role requires a strategic approach to identify and engage with potential partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends, while also providing insights and reporting on the performance of these channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Formulation and Implementation:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to expand Lupin Life Sciences across various alternate channels (e.g., e-commerce, retail partnerships, non-traditional distributors).
  2. Engagement with Potential Partners:

    • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential alternate channel partners to drive business growth.
  3. Performance Reporting and Insights:

    • Prepare regular performance reports on channel activities, providing actionable insights to optimize and drive growth within alternate channels.
  4. Market Research:

    • Conduct thorough market research to understand current trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the alternate channels to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  5. Collaboration Across Teams:

    • Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability for alternate channels, addressing customer and partner needs effectively.
  6. Training and Support for Partners:

    • Provide regular training and support to alternate channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively market and sell Lupin products.
  7. Compliance Management:

    • Ensure that all activities and relationships within alternate channels comply with Lupin's policies, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.
  8. Strategic Initiatives:

    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives within alternate channels, contributing to the company’s overall growth and market share expansion.
