Position Overview

SafeVig Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of its Pharmacovigilance services portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, supporting lead generation initiatives, and contributing to business growth within the life sciences sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Pharmacovigilance and related service offerings.

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

  • Support lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition activities.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, client presentations, and onboarding activities.

  • Participate in business meetings, networking activities, and industry events when required.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and business development records.

  • Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

  • Support strategic growth initiatives and contribute to business expansion plans.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

  • Strong organizational and relationship management abilities.


Experience Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management.

  • Experience within the Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, or Healthcare industry is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in healthcare business development are encouraged to apply.
