Job Summary:

Promea Therapeutics Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Engineering & Maintenance Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, managing, and monitoring various engineering functions, ensuring successful project completion, and maintaining efficient operations within the organization. You will oversee engineering projects, manage resources, and lead a team of engineers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Supervision:

    • Lead and supervise a team of engineers, guiding them through the development, testing, modification, and creation of technical solutions.
  • Project Coordination & Management:

    • Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications, timelines, and procedures.
    • Coordinate and direct engineering projects, creating detailed plans to achieve project goals.
    • Integrate technical activities across various teams and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Feasibility & Resource Planning:

    • Assess the feasibility of projects based on technology, resource availability, and market demand.
    • Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
  • Design & Product Review:

    • Review, approve, and direct product design and changes to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Team Development & Staffing:

    • Recruit and manage engineering staff, assigning work, directing activities, and evaluating performance.
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence through training and performance reviews.
  • Administrative & Budget Management:

    • Perform administrative duties including reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing policies, and making decisions related to material or service procurement.
  • Proposal & Presentation Development:

    • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients, ensuring clear communication of technical details and project status.
    • Set scientific and technical goals within the broad guidelines provided by top management.
  • Internal & External Presentations:

    • Prepare and deliver engineering-related presentations both internally to the team and externally to clients or stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering management or maintenance roles within the industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience with feasibility studies, resource planning, and product design approval.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and administrative tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in creating and delivering technical presentations.
