Job Overview:

As an eCOA Data Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of data management services for single or multi-service clinical research projects. This includes ensuring quality deliverables, meeting timelines and budgets, and achieving customer satisfaction. You will also provide leadership in project planning, execution, oversight, and financial management for data-related activities.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Oversight

  • Manage and oversee all phases of data management projects (initiation to close-out) with minimal supervision.

  • Lead internal study meetings and sponsor audits.

  • Participate in study kick-off and sponsor meetings.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Data Management

  • Gather study setup requirements through stakeholder communications.

  • Perform and oversee regular data cleaning activities to ensure accuracy and timely data delivery.

  • Support and monitor validation of new device integrations.

  • Collaborate with programming teams on process innovation and automation.

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and sponsor expectations.

Technology & Process Implementation

  • Assist in the implementation and oversight of new technologies and database updates.

  • Provide feedback for developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions.

Team Leadership & Support

  • Support training and onboarding of new team members.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members and line managers.

  • Ensure team compliance with required trainings and SOPs.


Qualifications:

Requirement Details
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience 5–8 years in Clinical Data Management, including 1+ year as a project lead (Preferred)
Language Skills Fluent in spoken and advanced written English
Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other relevant applications
Domain Knowledge Advanced understanding of drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process
