Job Description:

Jubilant HollisterStier is looking for a Sampler - Analyst to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform sampling and physical analysis of finished products, raw materials, excipients, packaging components, and printed materials according to established schedules, following test methods, protocols, cGMP, and Jubilant HollisterStier standards.
  • Participate in annual physical counts of inventory and materials.
  • Maintain clear, complete, and accurate records (SAP) of all test results, instrument readings, and observations, ensuring integrity and traceability of all data in compliance with GMP and Jubilant HollisterStier standards.
  • Notify the supervisor immediately of any out-of-specification (OOS), out-of-trend (OOT) results, incomplete tests, or other irregularities.
  • Provide support in areas including method implementation, instrumentation, transfer, troubleshooting, and training.
  • May be involved in OOS/OOT investigations and quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: DEC in science or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry and in a quality control department. Practical experience with documentation is required.
  • Skills: Experience with visual inspection of products is required. Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication skills are essential.
