Job Description:

  • Report Triage: Review incoming reports for completeness, legibility, and validity.
  • Data Entry: Enter case reports into the safety database, ensuring accurate booking and data entry.
  • Follow-Up Requests: Manage follow-up requests and perform query management to obtain additional information.
  • Data Coding: Code data within the safety database.
  • Case Narrative Writing: Develop detailed and accurate case narratives.
  • Literature Searches: Conduct literature searches as needed.
  • Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings as required.
  • Audit Preparation: Prepare for, participate in, and follow up on audits and inspections.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in performing database and literature searches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client-focused approach and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or PharmD.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in the field.
